American Invasion Day 2
Welcome to day two. The pictures are in no particular order as I processed them and uploaded as they became available
One past time was admiring the machine work on this scratch built loco which has been 7 years im the making.
Nothing like pulling your own passenger train out onto the main.
Nice weathered milk cars at the station as another passenger begins to leave.
Bruce is showing us the interior of his custom built car.
He painted the figures and scratch built the interior.
Built for his road name. He sure has done some fine work here.
An evening special
Ralph is busy as yard master keeping those trains moving
Here Bud is working in the shade at Nelson yard
Bill Scobie dropped by for a visit.
What is this? Jim must have convinced Fred tyo join him. Looks like he is calling the dispatcher on the radio.
Some folks took refuge in the shade of this very hot and humid day.

Fun to do the odd black and white. Really puts you into the steam mood.
Ric's live steam shay worked hard all day. Here it is bring Bruce's coach around.

Jan's Presidential train ready for departure.

Doug is the yardmaster here and he has just released another train.

First Passenger train of the day heading into Peter's Pond.

Operations from Ironwood to Spruce. It was the hot spot on the railroad as it gets direct sunlight all day.

The station stonework are individual bits that were produced by John's wife Linda.
They really make for a great material to create realistic stations and stone buildings.
