Visit to the Cape

On the way to Cape Cod we stopped at Bellows Falls Vermont for lunch and a gas-up. The Vermonter always comes in from the north at noon so the timing was just right to catch the action.

Here you can see the AMTRAC lead unit crossing the bridge and entering the diamond just before the station.

It is slowing now and the bell is announcing it's arrival at Bellows Falls.

the train is a push me pull you so there is another power unit at the rear.

The train is now departing and you can see the freight yard behind the station. A great place to stop and stretch your legs.
