Great shots, Chris. Nice range of subjects/locales. Where is the CN roundhouse located?

Thanks Eric. The CN roundhouse was located in Halifax Nova Scotia in Fairview car shops. Unfortunately it was taken down in the late 90s though the turntable is still there and in use. I have more pictures of this facility and could post them if you like. In those days you could wander freely about. My son even got a chance to drive a GP40-2W out of the roundhouse and onto the turntable. He was about 6 at the time.
Chris, it would be great to see those shots of Fairview. The good old days - having said that, I just did an unusual thing and blogged today's railfan outing on my blog, Trackside Treasure. Must be spring fever!
